Meet Ally Wardrop
Born in Australia, I moved to the UK in 2013 to pursue my childhood dream of living in London. I’ve since moved to the countryside to enjoy muddy dog walks and country pub roasts.
My career began as a Performance Auditor, but I quickly realised that being the most unpopular person in the room wasn’t for me. I moved into Programme Management, where I found my calling. After moving to the UK, I spent a few years in Customer Success which was such a valuable eye-opener, before returning to my first love: programme management.
My passion for creating useful, streamlined processes, supporting teams and delivering high-value outcomes quickly led me to senior leadership roles in Product Operations and Transformation. I’m incredibly proud of the results achieved by guiding leadership, individuals, and teams through change. I love seeing the people I work with start to challenge conventional ways of working, and empowering people to take ownership of their success
